Even though Lumpy flew 900 km from Tocumwal we cancelled our intentions and did not fly. The mid level cloud cover was very thick and we even had a little rain around 11 am. Due to the cloud cover the temperature at Bendigo climbed very slowly and never went past 39 C, which was pretty much the minimum required to get going at all.
